ASSIGNMENT 5 - Environment 2 - Music |
This one is so easy and painless that it doesn't even need an introduction. :)
Assignment #5From now on, have music on within earshot for at least three hours a day. You can listen to any kind of music you want - preferably music you like or that taps your toes - but there is one restriction. Nothing angry or depressing. No sad, "my wife died and my dog left me" type music and no violent or mean-spirited music. Blues is great as long as it's the fun, upbeat or foot-stompin' kind. Outside of that restriction, listen to whatever you like - especially music that makes you feel good. Three hours is your bare minimum at this
point. (That's about three CDs a day.) You are encouraged to listen to more than
that. You can do other stuff while you listen, so it won't take any time out of
your day.
If you already listen to three or more hours of music a day, bump it up another hour. Back to the Joy Immersion Project Home Page Blog entries that correspond with this exercise Back to main blog page (stacycats plus) |
